Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in. All plans are annual subscriptions that you can cancel before renewal. We prefer to earn your renewal, not trap you into it.
Do you offer discounts for schools or associations?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for school networks and associations managing multiple clubs. Get in touch to discuss your situation.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll have full access to every feature on the plan you select, so you can run a real trial day or track real games before you decide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and can issue invoices for bank transfer payment. Contact us if you need a specific payment arrangement.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Your data is always yours. You can export everything at any time. If you cancel, your data remains available for 90 days for export.
